Warranty Letter

Morning star lighting(hereinafter referred to as STAR) now is officially announcing to take responsibility for the marketing and selling of LED light series in all countries and regions (except Mainland China) with full authority. STAR undertakes obligations to change and return* defective products of STAR led lights and the OEM products for its authorized distributors and brand holders. Warranty period for different series are clarified as below:

Warranty terms are only applicable for led lights used under normal conditions as follow:

1. Operation time 8hours in continuously per day
2. Operation environment temperature between -20℃ and 45℃;
3. Installation relative humidity less than 80%, or less than the IP rate of the product;
4. Use in open air, and leave at least 10mm space for ventilation;
5. Fast turning-on and turning-off less than 20,000 times; (Fast turning-on and turning-off: interval period between turning-on and turning off is less than 10 minutes)
6. Operation voltage float range less than 230V±10%.

Warranty terms are not applicable under following conditions:

1. Non-defective products;
2. Products out of warranty period;
3. Aging, abrading, scraping, painting peel off and all other appearance change caused in normal use, and does not affect performance of the product;
4. Serious damages to the light housing not caused by itself, such as deformation, oxidation, corrosion, water logging…
5. Damages caused by misuse, such as switching in improper power source, using incompatible accessories, wrong installation,operation without following the instruction book, negligence…
6. Damages caused by transportation and other unexpected situations;
7. Unauthorized repairing and configuration;
8. Damages caused by other force majeure, such as nature disasters, voltage instability…
